Service Status & Estimated Delivery Times Summer 2025

Thank you to everyone who has placed your uniform orders! We will update this page regularly. As always we are very busy this time of year and we really appreciate your patience awaiting delivery of orders in time for school.
 

KEY SERVICE UPDATES:

• For an update on your order please leave a message on our online chat and we will follow up with you later in the day. We are all currently busy completing your orders as quickly as possible. This really helps us to complete your orders more quickly.
• Please await confirmation text or email before collecting, you will need the reference code we send you. 
• You can still place orders for embroidered items but this is now no longer guaranteed to be ready before school starts.
• We have lots of items available off the shelf in store, blazers, jumpers, shirts and blouses, skirts and trousers etc.
  
• DELIVERIES - We will email or text when your order is ready for delivery. We complete most deliveries using our own van, so when they go out they are delivered same day, and won't be delayed in the post. Your order status may read as "ready for delivery" whilst we collate other orders in your area. If we dispatch via courier you will receive the tracking number via email or text.
